This policy explains what information Luneé collects when you visit luneejewelry.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Luneé is operated by Butler Strategy LLC, doing business as Luneé Jewelry Co, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States. In this policy, "Luneé", "we" and "us" mean Butler Strategy LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our VIP list or contact us, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and any message you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to them. We do not see or store it. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our website and store platform records basic technical information. That includes your browser and device type, the pages you view, the products you look at, items in your cart, the site that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar browser storage. See "Cookies" below.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process, ship and track your orders, and handle returns.

• Manage your account if you create one.

• Answer your questions and provide customer service.

• Send you emails about new collections and private releases, if you joined our VIP list.

• Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

• Prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Emails and texts

We send marketing emails only to people who join our VIP list or otherwise opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply and ask to be removed.

If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about orders, new releases and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share text message opt-in data or consent with anyone. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts our website and store and stores orders, accounts and VIP signups. HighLevel delivers the site through Cloudflare's network, which protects it and records basic traffic statistics.

• Stripe, which processes payments.

• Shipping carriers, which receive your name and address to deliver your order.

• Google Fonts, which serves the site's fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our store platform uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart and session working, remember your visit, and record which pages and products you view. The network that delivers our site, Cloudflare, records basic traffic statistics without setting advertising cookies.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, such as Facebook, TikTok or Google ad tracking. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, your cart and account may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep VIP list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep account details until you close your account or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.

• Correct anything that is wrong.

• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for a legal reason such as tax records.

• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you more rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To make any request, email [email protected]. We will confirm who you are before acting on it and reply within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

We use the security tools built into our website platform and payment processor, including encrypted connections. No website is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
